I'd never seen the Milky Way before this night. During my time in Kenya, working with a non-profit, I went and stayed the night out in the bush with Masaai herders as they guided a herd of cows on a three day long journey. This was the shot that I had in mind when I went out there.
It took me about 2 hours to actually capture and I spent probably a total of 8 hours just working with it in Lightroom and Photoshop to get it to look the way I wanted.
