I've shot with the beautiful Ami-Raine before. We knew that she had a distinct look and I've seen this concept before and knew I wanted to give this a try. Between myself and the MUA we pulled this look together. They lip smear was entirely the models' idea right at the end.
The model had very fair skin and the most gorgeous ginger hair. We decided on an entire high-key look and airbrushed her white for this look, even the hair! We added some pieces to this and the neck piece was made by myself using cheap bits from a local market (after hours of joining and gluing)!
In post production I spent hours minimizing the fine hairs on her body that picked up with the airbrushing (and it was a cold winters day) and getting her skin an even tone of white throughout. I added the subtle beige background and warmed up the image.
