The outer island of Rong Rong, one of the most beautiful and remote places I have ever been. Locals here have been taught on the very real impacts of climate change and rising sea levels. They've also been prepared in the event of a potential natural disaster due to the fact that international assistance could take anywhere from days to weeks to reach them.
