In Iceland the people say: “I come completely from the mountains.” When they want to let you know that they’re not privy or savvy to the topic at hand but with mountains and nature like this, who’d care to be saavy to the mundaneness of the world.
We saw this monolithic rock like hill on the side of the road in an unlikely sunny Icelandic day, with an unlikely calm Icelandic pond in front of it, needless to say, I believe the Nordic gods rewarded us kindly.
