The Rappi Rider

Bogota is a typical Latin American mega city, it combines a funky, new age street culture alongside the usual dangers of any big city. These Rappi riders provide a crucial service of delivering everything and anything for a nominal fee. This service is particularly useful at night when walking can be very sketchy. I experimented with panning for the first time in this shot to provide a sense of movement and chaos which sums up Bogota to me.
