Well not quite but I wasn't far off! An 845 Naval Air Squadron Merlin Mk3A during an afternoon of load training with underslung loads and the Mobile Air Operations Team (MAOT) during the annual Clockwork exercise in Bardufoss, Norway.
Shot this a little quicker than I usually would so there isn't as much movement in the blades, the wash being this close is just insane and near impossible to keep the camera steady when you're trying to shoot at 1/160th!
