A Love Story

I took this a few weeks ago in Oregon when we had a break in our typical winter grey weather. It was poetic. I loved how the living tree embraced the dead tree. The shapes of the tree, the shadows, the desolation in sand dunes, and the colors all combined too perfectly.. It told a story about a passing loved one to me. I quickly ran around and photographed many compositions while the light, and clouds were lined up.
