I have been trying to create something like this for a while. I recently found the perfect background at a dollar store. It is a sparkly gold poster board that looks ridiculous but I knew it would make a great background if crumpled.
So I set that up about two feet from my Coke bottle and pointed a speedlight with a blue gel on to the right side of the poster.
I then only lit my subject with one light. It was a speedlight with an Fstoppers Flash Disc on it. That I hand held above the bottle on camera left. I shot this at 1.4 to get a really shallow depth of field. I took other shots around f5.6 to see if I would like the bottle to be in complete focus but I ended up losing reflection from the back poster which was lighting my bottle up nicely when at f1.4.
