I shot this at VFLEX gym in Orlando FL. Ended up using the fstoppers flash disc for a ton of images. This one was not shot with the flash disk however. I gelled my key light orange and adjusted the white balance to tungsten so that the fluorescent gym lights would appear more blue and give the gym a cool tone. I shot a bare bulb flash camera right behind him as you can see the big flare. My key was a speed light on a 42" umbrella with a white lining.
