DAYLILY SILHOUETTE

Daylillies are named for their one day blooms, only lasting the length of a day. Literally "day beauty" in greek, a hemero-callis attracts many pollinators such as bees, butterflies, and hummingbirds.
This shot is a skyward profile of a young daylily, 'hemerocallis' (genus) facing old Sol. Detailed texture and shadow gives a relief (raised) in black and white.
