A THISTLE WITH A SECRET

This Texas wildflower has a little secret she carries today. Look closely, zoom in on this near sealife looking flower species, to see a tiny white arachnid with a crab like appearance. It's at the right of twelve noon, about 12:05, above the flower center.
When I first shot this flower of the thistle family, I didn't notice the sneaky little crab spider. It wasn't til reviewing shots later that it caught my eye! (It's possibly the Misumessus oblongus, the green crab spider, with silvery green and white spiney legs and body.)
My main focus in this capture was to grab a closeup of the lovely heather colored, thistle-like wildflower growing in eastern Texas, not far from the Louisiana border.
