These wild black eyed susans were photographed during one of the most amazing sunsets I've ever witnessed in my life. I found this field of wildflowers on the side of a highway in a rural area away from any major landmarks. By laying down on my stomach and setting my tripod as low as it could go, I was able to capture all of the flowers against the colorful clouds in the sky above.
