Love this one, Jim! Imagining that crisp cool air from home in "the most locked-down city in the world" is bittersweet.

I count myself lucky that given the 'lock-down' limitations many face, such has not been the case for me. In the space of 5 or 10 minutes (or half an hour), I can be somewhere I want to be, somewhere worth going to shoot, and there'll be nobody else around.

As regards the image, its of a particular spot I've shot repeatedly for 30 years, in every season and under as many different weather conditions as can be imagined. First time I shot it, I shot it in B&W on large format. It was shot intentionally to submit/display at what (was then) an upcoming exhibit of local artists/photographers at the local museum. What can I say? I have maybe a dozen favorite trees....and their backgrounds aren't too awful given the right conditions.

Appreciate your comments, Chris.
