A recent outing looking for hummingbirds near where I live in Arizona proved to be very fruitful. There was an abundance of them zigging and zagging all over making is even more exciting to try and capture one of them. Observing their behavior for some time helped understand where they would most likely be but as with nature, that was not a certainty. This little one landed on the top of an Ocotillo to maybe catch its breath just long enough for me to capture this portrait of it.
