During a one week short Spring Break trip in late March with my son, we chased light the entire trip to much disappointment. Between snow, rain and overcast conditions we struggled to get what we had in mind. On the very last day we saw the weather was going to open up on the East coast so we made a bee line for the area north of Hofn. Much to our delight it paid off with the most magical sunset we have experienced.
