This photo has been in my catalogue for some time but I never found the time to edit it. Compositionally I wish I did some things differently but since I cannot turn back time I am making do wth the photo I took.
My son and I visited this location early one morning after an overnight snow fall before the crowds rolled in, it was freezing cold but the tranquility was worth it. We were pleasantly surprised with the way the sunlight lit up the pine tree tops to match the tone of the highlighted water on the lake.
