Landscape Arch

Part of a collection I'm titling, "The Usual Suspects" for Fstoppers.
A mid-day summer hike with high-in-the-sky harsh light on one of the most amazing sites in Arches NP. I hope it remains for people to see forever!

I remember the days when you were able to hike beneath this behemoth. And yes, if you didn’t think of a slab coming down you weren’t right in the head.

Makes me laugh! I might be old enough to have experienced that, and probably would have back then! 2021, was my first trip to Arches NP and I wasn't even able to get my feet to move off the upper ledge to get out to Delicate Arch!

Well you know Frank it's called slickrock for a reason ;)
