Prickly Pear Cactus - Mission San Xavier Bac - Tucson - Arizona

I believe this to be an Engelman's Prickly Pear Cactus, Opuntia engelmannii. While we were walking around the manicured grounds there were many varieties of plants and cactus. I thought this one was particularly interesting with the different states of blooms and fruit displayed.
