This little bird popped out onto this handrail, while we were walking through the Santa Barbara Zoo, last week. It was a bit flighty but it didn't move to far from each previous spot, and I was able to quickly grab a couple of shots. I think this one was the best. Edited gently with Capture One 23.

FABULOUS!
Thank You!
Frank, “bit flighty but it didn't move to far from each previous spot” it’s a warbler, what else did you expect ;P, as true with many small songbirds it's a big part of their nature. I commend you for sticking with it, looks like you figured out it’s pattern.
Thanks Paul...I'm not that familiar with "songbirds" and their patterns, but I do enjoy the challenge of capturing them with the camera! They definitely are fun to watch and digitally shoot. My grandmother loved birds and identifying them was one of her things. She was keen to encourage us kids to learn about them. I wish I remembered more of her wisdom and knowledge!
Don't we all so we need to cherish their memories and what wisdom we did retain. You know I think there is or was a pretty reputable Audubon chapter along the Central Coast, San Luis, or Morro Bay ?
