A pastoral Fall

A minor tweak to an older ICM image. Contented sheep graze in this country image taken on a late fall afternoon, blended to create a painterly effect.

Careful selection was made during the blending of layers to preserve the desired detail in the background, which I feel is an important element to this scene.

Technical details;
Nikon D5500
25 images, selectively blended in Photoshop
1/800th sec @f8, ISO 400
Focal length = 18mm (cropped sensor)

lovely!

Many thanks Bobby!

Thanks Kania.I no longer advertise sales but am willing to do so in the right circumstances.

PM me and let me know what you have in mind.

I've tried this effect with a similar tree using the Adamski effect but didn't have success. I suppose I didn't have the patience to go through all the steps. But looking at this lovely result, it certainly is worth it.

This uses a variation of the ‘in- the- round’ technique, attributed to Pep Ventosa (which precedes Adamski).

Deals of the technique an a number of examples are available on my website (alanbrownphotography.com) if interested in learning more.
