This picture has been taken at sunset on the salt desert of Uyuni, Bolivia, at a altitude of 3700m (12000ft). We spent a total of 9 days in the wilds, mostly enjoying sunsets over the gigantic natural mirror formed by the rain water on top of the tick salt desert. This is by far the best shooting location I ever experienced.
Kim Henry is a contemporary dancer from Montreal too. I have been traveling with her for a while, developing together some effective routines for shooting in difficult conditions. On this one, cold was the main problem. But she's a warrior, and she just kept moving slowly, as she knew we were into something really strong.
Next destination is Mexico, where we’ll perform a live version of the project we’re working on (Little Circle) at the IPAF festival.
Gorgeous image Eric, magical sunset. Love her shape and pose. Very nice indeed..
