Night Hut

It was my first time in Slovenia and also first time experience to photograph the Milky Way in this latitude. I hiked from a village called Srednja vas v Bohinju (~600m above sea level) up to an more open field that was located about 1100m above sea level. The hike was pretty steep and intense but the hope inside me kept me going. Finally when I started to arrive to the location I found this little house with a single tree. I decided to spend the night on top of the open field with a nice view over the landscape. After couple of hours the sky got dark and the magical Milky Way became visible. Captured its beauty the whole night and when it started to get brighter then headed back down to the village. The journey ended about 7 am in the morning. Totally worth the experience.
