If a place can be an artist's muse, this place is mine. I discovered it a few years ago and have since photographed it dozens of times, and each time it looks unique, the light, the clouds, winter or summer.
In Northwest Montana, the Bull River Valley is home to the Cabinet Mountain Wilderness. Here, Big and Little Ibex Peaks and Snowshoe Peak are reflected in a pond that is part of the Bull River.
The sunrise on New Years Eve in 2021 lit ice crystals in the air from the very cold temperature.
