More exploration of the Still Life genre.
The addition of the photos, in the lower right of the frame, seems right to me.
Black and white feels right to me when I'm shooting older items.
Decided on a simple composition. I didn't feel I needed anymore objects to tell the story.
The old beater is a strong supporting character for the cookbook.
Light comes from a window in front of me.
I prefer am overhead shot, I'm discovering, when I shoot Still Life. Can't explain why.
