This was shot at the Pacific Airshow in Huntington Beach during the finale when the US Air Force Thunderbirds performed their routine. I shot this during a high speed fly-by, which scared the crap out of the audience. Luckily, I attended the practice day beforehand, so I knew where the pilot was going to be coming in from and planned my shot while the crowd was watching the rest of the team do a high-flying maneuver above.
Camera used was a Nikon D750 and a 24-300mm zoom lens. Settings were 1/4000sec at f/5.6 and ISO 1000.
