“Schottenring” Subway Station _ Vienna

"Schottenring" station is an underground junction station for the U2 and U4 lines between Vienna's 1st (Innere Stadt) and 2nd districts, Leopoldstadt. It is named after the Schottenring, which commemorates the Schotten monastery founded by Irish Benedictine monks in the Middle Ages.
The building was completely rebuilt between 2002 and 2008.
