Hallgrímskirkja Church (Reykjavík)

One of the most visited churches in all of Iceland, the monumental Hallgrímskirkja Church is the largest in Iceland and is located in the centre of Reykjavik. In Hallgrímskirkja we can see a direct link to the basalt columns surrounding the Svartifoss waterfall in the Skaftafell Nature Reserve in southern Iceland. For many, Hallgrímskirkja is one of the most beautiful churches in Iceland.
