📍 Iceland, land of ice and fire 🔥❄️

On our October 2023 trip, we had planned to fly the drone in many places, but the wind had other plans. 🌪️ Throughout the day, impossible gusts grounded us... until, just as we were giving up for the afternoon and the light was fading, the wind died down for a few minutes. 🚁💨 I took advantage of the instant to launch the drone and capture this 360º panorama.
Crumbling glaciers, melting rivers tracing their way over volcanic ash, mountains shrouded in mist... A wild, inhospitable, pure landscape. Iceland in its rawest essence 🌍💙
