There are places that don't appear in guidebooks, and perhaps that's why they're able to surprise you in a different way.
That afternoon, we set out from the area around San Pedro de Atacama with the idea of getting away from the most well-known spots. Thanks to the keen eye of @jlopezruiz.photography, we ended up facing this incredible landscape 🌅🏔️, surrounded by volcanoes over 6,000 meters high and enveloped in an overwhelming silence.
Just as the sun began to hide behind the clouds, the magic happened: the sun found the perfect angle to illuminate just one part of the volcano, while the rest of the landscape remained shrouded in shadow. It lasted only a few moments, but it was enough to capture this 360° panorama that captures the magic of chasing the light.
Because, in the end, many of the best photographs don’t come from visiting a famous spot, but from daring to explore a little further. ✨📷
Are you also someone who enjoys seeking out places that almost no one photographs?
