Just out of curiosity (as I'd like to create something on these lines myself) - am I guessing correctly that this is a composite of two images?
Seen some 'tutorials' online where I've seen them take the ball in a separate image and then the player in another.. so just wondered what your way/recommendation of doing this would be (without having the ball hitting the lens ;-) )
Yeah I don't think there is any way to do this shot with the ball actually moving. I just lit the ball separately, cut it out, and placed it on the image shot on location. It was pretty straight forward
