200g flour
50g almond flour
1/2 tsp. sea salt
90g cold dairy butter
40g dark brown sugar
2 tsp. pumpkin spice
3 tbsp. water
cake pan of 26cm (or 2 smaller ones of 13cm)
Filling
200g skyr (honey taste of Arla)
60g mascarpone
2 tbsp. quince jam
3 figs
3 tbsp. balsamic vinegar
1 tbsp. sugar
