3 Great Poses for Photographing Women

In some sense, the objective, quantifiable nature of things like exposure settings and lighting ratios makes them a little easier to learn than something more subjective like posing, which is why a lot of photographers struggle with it. If you would like to improve your portrait posing, check out this great video tutorial that will show you three surefire poses for photographing women.

Coming to you from Manny Ortiz, this excellent video tutorial will show you three excellent poses for photographing women. Posing is something a ton of photographers struggle with for a long time. One thing that can help quite a bit is to simply memorize a few poses that you know work well. This will take a bit of the pressure off you in the moment by helping to ensure that you come home with worthwhile shots. Once you get those, you can then take a bit of time to work on creating more organic poses in the moment. Check out the video above for the full rundown from Ortiz.
