Hey! I’m Daniel but you probably figured that out by now.

I am a photographer from Camas, Washington. However, unless you’re from here, you probably don’t know where that is. So, I usually just say that I'm from Portland, OR. Everyone knows where Portland is.

I specialize in landscapes, residential, and commercial real estate. I’ve shot a bit of everything over the past 10 years, but I got started taking pictures of my cat and two dogs, just like everyone else; then came portraits, weddings, landscapes, and real estate.
Real estate kind of just fell into my lap one day while shooting an event for a client. At the time, it wasn’t something that I even knew existed, but I’m beyond happy that I discovered it. Being a homeowner myself, I love going into these beautiful homes and admiring the architecture of million dollar listings and all of the cool little projects that people have done.

Landscapes, on the other hand, have always been my true passion. That’s not to say I was always good at it. Ask me and I’ll show you my old work sometime, you’ll see what I mean. But I’m definitely at my happiest standing in front of a waterfall and listening to the sound of the water crashing as I crawl around like an idiot trying to find the best composition, or waking up at ungodly hours to go chase sunrise on a mountain.
