Jada Parrish

Jada is photographer and director based in Richmond, Va. Specializing in conceptual portraits and album covers for musicians and brands, her work is known for its bold, colorful, and surreal style. Her creative style of portraiture lends itself nicely to work in both fashion and the music industry. Jada's photographs have been recognized by the International Photography Awards, The Chromatic Awards, The Abbey Road Studio's Music photography Awards, and she was long-listed for the Aesthetica Art Prize.

Jada is one half of the creative duo Jada + David. Together, Jada and David execute the set design, lighting design, and photography of all of their projects. They use plywood, paint, and light to create liminal spaces filled with bold color and optical illusion that explores the space between the familiar and the unknown.
