Long before I ever started Fstoppers, I was a professional real estate photographer. It was a great job, but the editing was mind-numbing. Fotello can now edit the photos for me... and the results are incredible.
Before I tested out Fotello, I got to speak with the creator on the phone. I asked questions like "When should I use a flash?," "Should I bracket 3 or 5 images?" "Do I need to bracket shots with the interior lights on and off?" All of his answers sounded something like "You can do whatever you want, our software will make the final image look perfect."
I did one test before I hit record to create the video at the top of this post and sure enough, the software produced incredible results with just 3 brackets spaced two stops apart. It was so automatic, I wondered if it would also work with jpgs taken with my iPhone 17 Pro. I decided to test both.
All of the images below have been edited by Fotello using a Sony A7 IV, and an iPhone 17 Pro.

When it comes to shooting, it couldn't be easier. You don't need strobes or gels. You really don't even need a full understanding of how to use a camera. You can leave the camera in auto and bracket at least 5 stops. The goal is to capture detail in the darkest and brightest areas of the scene. The native iPhone app doesn't allow bracketing, so I used the "Pro Camera" app, which produced horrific-looking images, but Fotello was still able to use them.

Once you get the shots, you can upload them all at once to Fotello.co and the software automatically recognizes the brackets and edits the photos. After a few minutes, your images are done, and you have the ability to make additional tweaks, add images to TV screens, fire to fireplaces, replace skys, and a few more simple changes.

If you'd like anything changed, there is a dialog box where you can write anything, and a human on Fotello's team will make the edits free of charge. This dialog box also exists on the gallery page, and your clients can use it to request their own changes, again free of charge, and without you ever having to lift a finger.

Fotello is shockingly good software that will be life-changing for full-time real-estate photographers. They charge per house, and the more you buy, the cheaper it gets. $20/property for 5 months/month is the most expensive tier (per home), but when you consider that this isn't just photo editing, it's also a gallery, a payment portal, and customer service for your clients, that's an easy price to justify. If you are like me and you don't shoot real estate full-time, but you do shoot a few houses a year, Fotello has offered Fstoppers readers a 5-house deal for just $100. This is not the normal monthly plan, and these credits will not expire. You can get that deal at fotello.co/fstoppers.
If you decide to buy the monthly plan, use code "Fstoppers" to save 25% for 3 months.

Great and methodical video about an exciting new product. I cant wait to test it myself.
The HDR results here look solid. I especially like the window detail. One thing I'm curious about: does Fotello handle the stuff beyond bracket processing, like sky/weather replacements or season changes on winter listings? That's where I've seen the biggest quality gap between tools lately. The HDR piece feels mostly figured out across the board, but getting a convincing green lawn on a December shoot is still hit or miss depending on what you're using. Anyone tested it for that kind of work?
