A Week in the Life of a Full-Time YouTuber

Becoming a full-time YouTuber — or really any content creator — is the dream of many. Although I've never had any aspirations to do it per sé, I can't deny I find myself envious at times. So, could you really do it?

To anyone in an "ordinary" job, the allure of becoming a full-time YouTuber can be all-consuming. It can also be enticing if you've finished education and are browsing job boards for careers you're not excited to start. I say this from experience with both. Now, I didn't go the YouTube path, but sometimes I wish that I had. The only thing that nags at me is just how demanding it is and for how long, at least if you want a shot at going full-time.

Like most successes, many look at YouTubers and think "I could do that", not realizing they have been doing "that" for a decade, grinding away, day in, day out. To get to the good stuff, it requires enormous commitment and consistency and YCImaging, the man behind this video, shows that. Look at his channel details: He's been making videos for over 10 years and released 622 of them in that time. More than one video per week, and if you've watched his stuff, you'll know that a lot of work goes into them.

So, this behind-the-scenes look at YCImaging's workflow every week could be what helps you decide whether the juice is worth the squeeze for you.
