As expected, this was an awesome contest. As we have tried to prove time and again (starting with the original iPhone Fashion Shoot), it's not about the camera. With our Black Rapid contest, we wanted you to help us prove that point, and prove it you did.
The Verdict
Of all the stunning entries, I had to narrow it down to my top six, and finally my overall favorite. To be honest, there has been one entry that struck me from the moment I saw it. And that was a photo by Chris Borchert.
Chris wrote this short description of the photo: "BLUC Unit Crew heading out in a Bell 212 over devastation at the 2011 Musselwhite Mine Wildfire. Photographed with a Canon PowerShot S95."
