Coming to you from Darious Britt, this video will give you a no-nonsense rundown of the different Intelligent Flight Modes available on the DJI Phantom and Mavic Pro drone lines. If you're new to droning, you've probably noticed that while the basic movements are easy enough, the sort of sustained, precise control inputs required to pull off certain shots can be very difficult or impossible if you're a one-person crew. This is where Intelligent Flight Modes come into play: they contain some of the most common types of shots or flying you might want to do with your drone and automate much of them to a fairly high degree of precision, while still leaving key parameters in your control. If you plan to do any serious video work with your drone, they're well worth getting to know. Of course, particularly when you're using automatic modes, pay close to attention to safety.
