2.41 - "Needs Work" 

HDR of London Bridge during the Olympics. I used light painting to pull the details out of the statue and water in the fountain in the foreground.

Was in between a 2 and a 3 here. Typically I'm not the biggest fan of the "HDR" look, although I have a few older photos that have it. Went with a 3 because I couldn't find too much I'd want to really improve IF I was going for that HDR look which clearly you were. Maybe have the statue closer to the bridge in your composition.

Thanks for taking the time to comment with some very valid points. This was shot with the Nikon 14-24 at 14mm. I had little room to move as i was already backed up to the wall behind me.

Anytime my friend! Obviously when we see photos, we have no idea whats behind them so sometimes you want to get the fountain and the Olympic rings in the same shot, so you sacrifice a little elsewhere. I totally understand.

I'd like to see more contrast in the image. Maybe pull the blacks down a tad bit,
