Looks like you shot this through a window I'm assuming?
The description says it was on the rooftop, so I suppose it depends how high the railing was if it was through or over
Theres juts some weird blurring on the buildings
The haloing is very distracting, how many exposures did you use for this frame?
Hi, no it’s just a post processing effect with photoshop In which I added “blur” to the scene and then I purposefully masked out the blur, except for/leaving the parts emanating directly above the buildings to create a “glow” for each building. I guess I should have mentioned that, this is my first post and if post processed images aren’t allowed I apologize. But thanks for the feedback
