I like the concept. A lone tree in front of a smoggy city with freeways in the background.
You should apply CA correction. The bottom left rock on the foreground leaves a tell tale sign. Same for the building on the top right. Green left edge, Magenta right.
If possible, I would move the camera a little more left, so that the boulevard points right at the tree.
