Photographed at Destin Beach, FL using a Nikon D850 with a ultra wide angle lens @ 12mm, f/16, 1/60 sec. The shy was very dramatic due to the cyclone coming in. I used an off camera flash at 1/10th power held above my head to throw a little light on the seashell and the foam in the foreground. There was also a 3/4 moon above the clouds helping to light the scene a little. It was 25 minutes after the sun had set, towards the end of twilight.

With some additional foreground in the bottom, and a color tone balance correction this can become a pretty decent photo.
