OK. People who keep voting one star for no reason should be really banned.

the problem is that its really hard to see if this is really at night; for all i know this could be after sunrise and thus not match the idea for this critique.

Yes, I can understand the confusion. I also uploaded another moon photo which probably got downvoted because of the same day/night debate. Please see my reply to David below, I hope it sheds some... moonlight :)

I like the image and having taken a look at te original i have to say that i think that would fit better in here.. I like the picture but for me its a bit over processed and lost its nighttime feeling. I would try with some more blue-ish tones instead of the yellow.

Mathias is correct, this look like a Sunrise. There is way too much light on the foreground for it to be lit by the Moon, especially since it's being diffused by the fog.

Yes, a sunrise at 22:45 at night (original and EXIF): https://www.variousphotos.com/night.jpg

Also, another photo from later that night, one that I took only as a memory. Look at the foreground on that one:

Anyway, all I can say is that I'm flattered about the day-night debate and I'll leave it at that. :)

You called it moonlight, that's work for me. Gave you 5 stars to balance out the ones,

Thank you, but really not necessary. It's definitely not a 4 or 5 star image. :)
