Gorner glacier / Zermatt, Switzerland
One would think that being in the alps and far away from urbanisation results in quietness… but nothing could be less true! While sitting on the south rim of the Gornergrat and overlooking the massive Gorner glacier and Monte Rosa area it sounds like hundreds of cars are passing by below. Not really of course, but the melt water that forces its way through the landscape creates a significant ambient noise level. And in particular during the night, when no-one is around, it appears to be very loud!

I think that the lower left corner is too light and very distracting with that orange grass. I would try to darken that part. But I really like the rest of the image
Thanks for the Feedback Tobias, I appreciate that! Personally I like it that way in order to have some attention on where the actual vantage point is.
I see where you are coming from and for me -likely because of the leaning lines- the visual vantage point is on the bottom right.
