Taken on Tower Bridge, London. I used a wide lens to create this unique view point, something which I've never seen done before here. After several attempts, I finally got a good light trail. Photo was taken in 1 shot, not composited.

Again folks why would you vote this below a 3? If you voted a 2 what is needed? Photo is sharp. Nice foreground to help locate the viewer. Colors are nice. Looks like a wider angle lens was used so the bridge tower is a little angled but not horribly. Nice lines to lead the eye around. What improvements are needed before it is a 3?
Cheers Douglas, really appreciate the comments! I guess haters are going to hate haha. I know myself that it could be better, it was taken at a wide angle - 11mm so I could squeeze everything in, shot with my Canon 60D. Looking back, I could possibly have focus stacked parts of the image to get a cleaner look but I like to try and get everything in one shot and work with what I've got.
It's a nice shot, definitely.
But as 2-voters have been attacked, just a few points that could be improved from my perspective:
- the vertical lines of the tower are not straight, which I find really disturbing,
- for me, there are too many intersecting lines from different directions; no clear leading lines,
- I could not clearly identify a strong subject; could be the tower but that's more in the background, could be the building with the light on top, but that's partially hidden
- foreground (rail) is also not too interesting.
All of that might not be major points as such, and I'm quite sure that I had *not* taken a better picture at that location. But I can understand why people might vote it a 2.
