The top right is distracting for me. Kept me from giving it a 4 star, but a well deserved 3 from me. Maybe try to crop out the top right?
I didn't want to crop out that part because it chips away a lot of the bottom right side of the frame as well.
Thinking of toning it a whole lot down, actually equalizing its luminance and tone with the neighboring buildings tomorrow if I find some time to myself off work.
