I have to confess that when I first saw this picture I rated it at a 3 because although I think that it needs work (particularly with regards to the noise and the fact that the core of the MW is half cut off in the bottom left hand corner) I still think this is a solid image that could be used in a portfolio (especially with other space themed photos). However, I was completely shocked that after voting I saw that the average is 2 after just two votes. This means that the person who voted before me gave it a 1. I can't believe that anyone would vote this image a "1" "snapshot" other than for malicious reasons, and I feel really sorry that that is the case. Good luck with continuing night sky photography- I wish that in Japan I could capture such beautiful views of the Milky way as this!

two points: blacks are clipped, a bit too aggressive in levels and the two satellites photo bombed the image 😐

you should be able to fix both in post processing tho!

where in FL? Big Cypress, Kissimmee State Preserve and Cedar Key area are all super dark 🤟🏽
