I do like the sky and the reflections.
I would only change two things. First, slightly pull down exposure on the castle as it seems to me (almost) blown out at the center. Second, I might be wrong but I feel the picture needs to be rotated slightly to the left to get the horizon straight.

I think this works really well as a black & white. Great skies, awesome reflections in the water...Maybe a longer exposure to even out the water would make an even more compelling shot, but that's all personal preference.
