I love the idea, and I really want to try it, some day.
I think the biggest challenge is getting the flower in focus (not sure if people usually use photoshop or not).
The flower in the drop doesn't seem to be in focus, so that's something to work on (did use use manual or auto focus?) Also, if possible, it might be worth trying a more colorful flower that really pops (if you're using a studio /makeshift studio setup)
