I think that the left hand side of the foreground is the most interesting part of this image, so maybe a crop to bring that out more would look nice as well.
Needs work. The white balance is off. You can use one of the rocks to adjust the WB and you will get some nice colors on the sky. And I agree with Collin so I would probably crop into a vertical image.
Blue. I really like it!
